Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West-Roselle By IHG

Staff was wonderfully accommodating as we needed an extremely late check-in, and a very late check-out. Very helpful and friendly! Isreal was the desk clerk on duty and he was an excellent host. He took exceptional care of us, and always had a smile for us even if we were being a bit needy. Thanks Isreal!

Disliked: No hair dryer so I requested one, only to get a piece that was broken off the wall, with bent adapter.Chose this place only because very close from my office. Overall building is old.

Disliked: I booked a king suite (1 king bed and sofa bed) received a standard king (1 king bed) Kathy looked me in the eye and said “I am sorry there is nothing u can do about it” she said it like a robot meaning too bad and I don’t have any sympathy for you. The second night they were able to get us in a King suite. We go to that room the TV is missing. When I called the front desk the gentleman thought I was playing a joke on him. The tv was really missing. I had to go back to the front desk to get another key to a different room. I will never stay here again. Staff extremely unprofessional and they don’t even know what kinda of room they are putting you. There is no communication between staff members at all. The clientele that was there the lady in room next to me wanted to start a fight with me because she thought I was speaking to her child when I was speaking to my granddaughter. She had to be in early 40’s and came up to my face saying who do I think I am after I said several times I was not speaking to her child. Nothing but a bunch of thugs that stay here.

Disliked: Wall had stains. Not clean or comfortable at all.

Liked: They didn't have hot water for tea.
Disliked: I'm handicap our hotel room had a walk-in shower the shower floor was extremely slippery and very unsafe I had to put a bath towel down on the shower and hold on to the bar it was not a safe situation my sister who had knee surgery last year didn't take a shower for 3 days because she would not risk it it was very dangerous.
