Staff was wonderfully accommodating as we needed an extremely late check-in, and a very late check-out. Very helpful and friendly! Isreal was the desk clerk on duty and he was an excellent host. He took exceptional care of us, and always had a smile for us even if we were being a bit needy. Thanks Isreal!

Liked: They didn't have hot water for tea.
Disliked: I'm handicap our hotel room had a walk-in shower the shower floor was extremely slippery and very unsafe I had to put a bath towel down on the shower and hold on to the bar it was not a safe situation my sister who had knee surgery last year didn't take a shower for 3 days because she would not risk it it was very dangerous.

Liked: Breakfast was great had healthy options and hot food.
Disliked: The banquet center was on our end of the hotel and had an event so took a but to fall asleep.

Liked: The desk staff was kind and friendly.
Disliked: Room was overtaken by ants. If it wasn't for the fact that we had to be there for an immediate family members funeral and had no time to make other arrangements I never would have stayed and tolerated it. Hundreds of dollars for ant bites and tv service that didn't work.

Liked: Location. Calvin the concierge was very welcoming.
Disliked: Spa under construction. The gym was subpar. Missing many weights and small. Carpets were stained. Peeling wallpaper and water damage in bathroom. Very outdated in guest rooms.
