Liked: Enjoyed the quietness and location was convenient for an event that we attended and nearby a sports bar that had excellent food.
Disliked: My wife mentioned that the carpet looked like it was not vacuumed but otherwise rest of the building looked kept up

Excellent stay in Niles.

Liked: Staff at the front desk was helpful and courtesy. Told me where the pool was and how long it was open. Room was clean and freshly updated. Breakfast was fresh and good. Very close to the Church.
Disliked: actually, the buttons on the elevator wouldn't light until the door was closed. Not something the hotel controls.

Lack of customer service, unclean...

Liked: The lobby area was nice, the complimentary breakfast decent.
Disliked: We had delayed flights and arrived very late. I called to let them know this, I worried my reservation could be cancelled, and the man on the phone was more interested in signing me up for some promotion points than in finding my reservation. It took three calls for anyone to find it and all three employees only wanted to register me for the promotion points. Once we arrived around midnight both my spouse and I were beyond tired. Came in, checked the bed (always do since I formerly worked at a hotel) and could tell this beds had just been fixed but not changed. I called front desk and no answer, this went on for over 20 minutes, I went down and no one was there. I finally decided to sleep over the comforter which I sprayed with a tiny bottle of Lysol I had. The lights next to the bed were not working as well as the switch to charge our phones, same as the light in the entrance. We had an engagement very early the next morning and woke up in a hurry, with the light of day I saw there was bits of food under the bed that had not been vacuumed. No complimentary water bottle in the room (every hotel I’ve been to has at least one water bottle). The room was not cleaned upon my return that day around 11:45 pm, a very busy and tired day. Again no one at the front desk to complain to. Next day I asked for an extra set of towels since no one came to clean the room the prior day, the lady, who did answer this time (morning), said to go pick them up at the front desk, since there was no one to bring it to me (!!!!!) I said no, and explained the reason so they after 5-8 mins brought them. Once we checked out and finally spoke to someone at the front desk I explained everything and all they said was “oh, we’re sorry about that”. I truly would not recommend this hotel unless this things don’t bother you.
