Liked: Easy parking, bed was comfy
Disliked: Noisy, lights were flickering, hard to fall asleep, toilet didn't work all night

Decent but for the price...

Liked: The location was good but plan on a 45 minute drive to the pier and note when the pier is open.
Disliked: As soon as I walked into the lobby to check in you could smell the chlorine from the pool. I booked the hotel specifically because it had a pool. However around 7p staff called the room to say unfortunately it wouldn’t be open check in night but would be open at 6am the day of check out. This morning the pool was half full and was still closed. It should be noted when booking online that a facility is not available so we can decide whether to look elsewhere.

Liked: Comfy bed, nice, clean modern rooml. Breakfast was great
Disliked: Just fyi: I arrived around 5pm for check-in, but the room wasn't ready ( not a big of a deal to wait for 30mins at least)

Liked: Mohamed went the extra mile to meet my family's needs. We all were very satisfied and he should be recognized for his efforts. You have a great one.
Disliked: Chicago traffic!

Very poor

Disliked: Very bad location. Maintenance man walked in without permission to fix something. After I left, then returned, the door was left open. Cheap flurescent lighting.
