Liked: Very nice property. Looks fairly new. Very comfortable. Good value.

Disliked: The hot tub was a little hot but not a major issue

Disliked: Told the girl at the desk at check out there was no body wash in the shower,and the main light was out of order the wall socket below it had no power ( sounds to me like a fire hazard) got a ground floor room after asking for a above ground room so we had to have the blinds down.she just said they will fill it.it would take weeks to empty a 12 oz. Container so the next occupancy could not take a shower either.so the wife and I had to drive 4 hours home with no shower.we skipped the Breakfast ( which looked good) to spare the other guest booked thru Booking.com so it cost me 250.00 for room 108 with no light or bath wash.will not be recommending Holiday inn Express to anyone thank you

Immaculate, great staff, great value...

Liked: Immaculate, nice self serve breakfast, courteous and helpful staff, room was very comfortable with everything one would need for a short stay.
Disliked: The location lacked charm, but as I was not there for an anniversary or romantic stay, that was unimportant for my stay.

Liked: It was easy to get to and served a great breakfast. Staff was friendly!
Disliked: Rooms were not the cleanest. Floors were dirty with crumbs and other food particles.

Clean, comfortable stay!

Liked: The AC worked perfectly! The employees were all very friendly.
Disliked: There was some hair in the bathroom. There was also a 4:45am fire alarm but that isn’t the property’s fault.

Excellent location with FREE parking...

Liked: So close to UVU Medical center.. FREE parking on site. Very nice clean rooms
Disliked: No swimming pool towels/ with that being said...it was 111degree feel temperature..fantastic pool, we used it 1 hour before it closed...should have expected no towels
