Loved staying at this hotel,...

Liked: All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was perfect for my needs - clean room, comfy bed, great wifi.

Pleasant staff and facility. Location...

Liked: Staff was very personable and attentive. Rooms and facility were clean.
Disliked: We spent two nights without air conditioning and had to move rooms for the last night.

Good hotel. Bad experience with...

Liked: Clean and spacious. Nice breakfast
Disliked: When we checked in around 8pm, they said that hotel doesn’t have any cribs or pack and plays for our baby.Next morning we saw a crib in one of the staff rooms..

We loved the location, ample...

Liked: We traveled from Germany and rented a car so it was important for us to have parking space. We had plenty of parking and we also loved the location plus close by to the police station making it a safe place to stay. The Ballantyne. neighborhood is GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and the cleaning ladies were also super nice and did a great job maintaining the building. Everytime I was down to do some computer work on the first level, they were always cleaning - very hard working people and I love seeing their dedication to this hard work. They deserve an extra bonus! ;) The food was amazing and tasted very good! We were happy with out breakfast!!
Disliked: Not applicable because we loved our stay!!
