Bad location for a hotel

Liked: Very clean, and comfortable beds!
Disliked: Pool was very small and water was cloudy. It was very loud in the pool area. But kids still had fun!

Staff was nice and room...

Liked: The breakfast had choices wasn't to fond of the cooked breakfast. But thankfully there was yogurt muffins.
Disliked: The elevator was a bit scary. Felt like it was going to break down at any moment.

Liked: Sheets were so soft. Liked the Dove bathroom products.
Disliked: Staff could improve. Looked like they would have rather been anywhere else other than there. We just needed a place for 1 night while traveling so wasnt a big deal, but friendly customer service goes a long way.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, staff was ok. During our staff for 1 week approximately we had an issue with door locks every single day or even few times per day, nobody did anything. They door locks just doesn’t work, every time you have to ask them to program cards to open your room door… Location is not that good as city itself is not that much walkable and without car you can just do nothing.
