Great location, nice staff

Liked: Great location with good shuttle service to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As with most hotels these days, it’s a little tired.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very friendly, from the shuttle, to check in, to breakfast and checkout. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Love the pancakes and the sausage came out piping hot. There just isn't any ice right there, you have to go to the ice room which isn't far but not having ice where the food is can be inconvenient.

It was not the best...

Liked: The lobby looks modern and clean. The room we got was fine. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows.
Disliked: You have to pay parking on top of a pricey room already. We were on a room on the first floor next to the elevators and it was so noisy. I woke up from people talking near the elevators and the sound of them going up and down. Second night some people were arguing literally outside the window of our room. Room needs to be cleaned a little better. My kids had breakfast and they liked it.
