Liked: We had a wonderful stay!The hotel was spotless — both the common areas and our room were exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.Parking was also convenient — the hotel offers parking in a nearby building, and the parking ticket can be validated at the hotel reception.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay!

Liked: The staff was really nice and super helpful. Fridge was nice and cold.
Disliked: Large stains on the carpets. Had to ask for a remote and the pillows were too soft. Had a pull out couch but no sheets to use anyway. The pool wasn’t always open during the scheduled times and the gym is severely lacking of equipment to use. The parking across the street in Westedge was terribly confusing and inconvenient and the $15 a day parking charge to not be on property was ridiculous.

Disliked: Not enough site parking, there was mildew in the rail for the glass door and grout, ironing board was leaning to one side.There was a large abandoned building behind property which was not reassuring for the neighborhood.

Liked: The breakfast. The staff. My daughter left her glasses and they are in the process of mailing them back to us. I am very appreciative for their efforts.

Liked: The location was perfect for catching a ball game at the Riverdog stadium. It was close to restaurants also.
Disliked: The bathroom was smaller with not a lot of room to set stuff. Our door to our room had a gap, so it wasn’t closed tight. The room had a musky smell.
