Liked: The rooms were very nice.
Disliked: I was charged twice. When I told the receptionist that I paid through booking.com. I showed and she still insisted on me paying her at the hotel and said the booking.com would be taken off. Well I got charged from the hotel and booking.com. On top of all of that she put us in a room with wet covers and the air and heat didn’t work. The next day I did report all that me and my husband had to go through. The next night they changed our room thank God for people whoWant to do right .

Liked: -very clean-front desk staff were all excellent -24hour shuttle to/from airport-most impressive was we signed up for a 4:30am shuttle to airport and knew we’d miss breakfast, when we to check out Stacy at the front counter informed us they had set aside sack breakfasts for us to take with us.

Be aware of BED BUGS!

Liked: My son's birthday is the 4th of july he love to go on vacation for his birthday. This time he wanted to go to the beach.I went to this hotel because the reviews of breakfast which wasn't nothing extraordinary, egg, sausages, pancakes etc.We stayed for 5 days.
Disliked: My son and my daugther were eaten by bed bugs in their bed, the first morning, I notice some bites in my son’s arm and leg at the beach, next day my son wake us up at 5am saying mosquitos bites, and he has 3 more bites in his forehead, 12 bites on his lower back, 6 bites on the back of his neck formed in 2 lines, 3 bites in a line on his arm, 2 more on his leg, and the day before he has gotten 5 more on his wrist, 3 more on his leg, and one on his feet.When we check our daugther she have 3 bites on her ankle, 3 on her leg, 8 bites on her lower back 3 in a line plus 2 in her elbow.We went to the manager she try to tell us that was mosquitos or insect bites that is around. They was bite while they was sleeping also we check the beds the sheets are white you can't missed the trails and blood the bedbug left on it. We ask her she need to send people to check our room. We left to the beach when we came back she said it wasn't determine yet cause the expert don't come back till next monday,,( that was thrusday morning we was leaving Saturday so convinient) all the blankets and sheets was pile on the bed they change our room and the bites stops.
