Very pleased with the hotel itself. New, clean rooms and the area was nice. My family and I felt safe there.

Liked: The rooms were very nice.
Disliked: I was charged twice. When I told the receptionist that I paid through booking.com. I showed and she still insisted on me paying her at the hotel and said the booking.com would be taken off. Well I got charged from the hotel and booking.com. On top of all of that she put us in a room with wet covers and the air and heat didn’t work. The next day I did report all that me and my husband had to go through. The next night they changed our room thank God for people whoWant to do right .

Liked: -very clean-front desk staff were all excellent -24hour shuttle to/from airport-most impressive was we signed up for a 4:30am shuttle to airport and knew we’d miss breakfast, when we to check out Stacy at the front counter informed us they had set aside sack breakfasts for us to take with us.
