Very pleased with the hotel itself. New, clean rooms and the area was nice. My family and I felt safe there.

Liked: The front desk staff was great. However, there's wasn't any English speaking HK staff that I saw. There was a language barrier
Disliked: Room service would have made it perfect. Didn't like that I had to leave to get food.

Liked: It was quiet, clean & the breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: To the Hotel Manager. On two different occasions, I encountered housekeeping staff (males) outside of the hotel side door where the laundry room is located. Neither appeared to have their access key with them, and thus was waiting for an opportunity to enter the hotel whenever, guest was leaving by way of the side door. If they had not been dressed in blue as the other housekeeping staff, then I would have reported them to the front desk.

Disliked: Some sort of breakfast for folks who have to leave earlier (had a 6:30 flight)
