Very good

Liked: Moved me to a different room after issue.
Disliked: First room was too cold, heat fan blew constantly and it was loud, could not hear the TV.

Liked: Location was nice, room was quiet, staff was friendly. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in big bottles mounted on the wall instead of little bottles

Liked: Just about everything
Disliked: Small shower head but it could just be that I'm used to my big one at home. But everything was amazing, breakfast was a bit cheap but it's expected with the price of the hotel.
