Charged twice

Disliked: 6913110577I was charged double. I have a receipt from both booking.com and the hotel. The hotel said the payment didn't go through from your business so they made me pay there.

Liked: The hotel was quiet and felt “new,” and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. Staff was kind.
Disliked: There were a few hairs on the bathroom floor; but, that’s splitting hairs…(no pun intended).
