The hotel is beautiful and...
Liked: Ms. Nicole was very nice and comforting. Her customer service is excellent. Very professional, kind, and courteous.
Disliked: I have no complaints. This hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful.

Liked: We stayed here because my son had an early morning appointment at the nearby hospital. The staff was fantastic, and everything was so clean! We will definitely stay here again for the next upcoming procedure.

A terrible stay never do...
Liked: NOTHING AT ALL THIS location apparently didn't have breakfastThe whole location was the extremely dirtiest hotel that I ever stayed which is saying a lot considering I was in the Military almost 30 years and have stayed in some dirty ugly places.
Disliked: The TV in room wasn't working at first then staff came to room to get it turned on. It worked for couple of hours but it turned itself off then I couldn't get it to turn back on the rest of my stay. The temperature in room was over 80 degrees and it took the A/C at least couple hours to cool room down so that I could get to sleep.
