Liked: We loved the actual hot breakfast we received. It was one thing we were really looking forward to.
Disliked: Nothing was open. No pool. No gym. Barely had soap in our room. Definitely needs a renovation. Parts of everything falling off. Dispensers in the shower were broken and empty. 4 people no soap! We called for help no one came ,I went to the front desk to ask for soap it was never brought to our room. The cart to get your belongings is the first thing you see it was in pieces and barley moved. For what we pay a night the simple things should be on point! I'm just being honest. I hope these things are addressed and we can stay under better conditions next time. We were not offered an upgraded room as per booking. Com information on what we would get and could expect with booking through their service.
