Good breakfast, nice rooms, but...

Liked: The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the biscuits and gravy! Rooms were well maintained and cheerfully decorated.
Disliked: 1) The front desk lady (Martina) was a bit rude at first and not friendly or helpful.2) there was no shade structure for parking. Temperature was 118 degrees. 3) no adult beverages
