Always a comfortable bed

Liked: This hotel has an excellent staff especially the breakfast crew led by Brenda. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Disliked: Check in time was 4:00 but our room wasn’t ready until close to 5:00. The soap container in the shower was empty. We left it on the counter to be refilled. When we returned that evening, the empty container was still laying in the same place we left it! We had to go to reception to ask for it to be refilled as well as requesting toilet paper. There were no washcloths in our room. We have stayed at this location several times. This visit was a little disappointing.

Liked: Fantastic Hotel. Far and away the nicest in Bullhead City.Every time I visit (every 2 months) I stay here.Staff is very friendly.Rooms are super clean.And, the location is perfect, right on Hwy 95
Disliked: They need to fix their Pancake machine. My sister and I laughed at how we both visited in December and now, exactly 1 month apart and the machine was broken then too.
