Liked: Staff was very nice. Two ladies at the front desk offered my friend and I free snacks and were very helpful.

Liked: Very spacious room with separate sitting area.
Disliked: Housekeeping banging on the door at 9:30 am and then trying to enter our room - she informed us that checkout was at 11, not 12 like posted on the door.

I can't say enough about how much I loved this hotel experience. The room was gorgeous and the bed really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The extra little touches were fabulous. They offer free wifi, a choice of DVD movies for in-room use, free bottled water at the front desk, and even a complimentary warm, fresh cookie upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast is plentiful, full of options and delicious. Valet parking is a great deal at $10. I can't wait to find another excuse to stay at this hotel.

Liked: 100% satisfied! Friendly staff, rooms updated and fresh and clean, very affordable rate for every amenity you'd need. Felt safe in downtown Buffalo because you needed a key to use the elevator from the lobby. Great breakfast FREE in the a.m. A 2 second walk to the concert venue Town Ballroom. We will be back, thank you! Mike at the front desk was friendly and helpful with information on where to find local places.

Disliked: TGI Fridays closed early. Whole floor smelled like smoke. Employees weren't very helpful.

Exactly what we needed. Went to a show at Shea's and we stayed here. Easy walk down the block to the theatre. $5 for parking ($10 if you want to go in and out) and the parking garage was a couple of blocks away. They did offer to shuttle. Building was secure, clean and staff was very friendly. There is a TGI Fridays in the building, so very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when coming into town for events.

Would definitely stay there again.
Liked: The hotel room was perfect and location was perfect as well.
Disliked: We were there early for a hockey game, hoping to check in. I was told that check in was at 3, which was when the hockey game started. Was very disappointed that at 1.30pm there wasn't one room available! Come on really people.
