Liked: Spacious rooms and clean.
Disliked: We were not made aware of work being done on the hotel until we arrived to a building site in reception area

Liked: Rafi - who worked the front desk when we checked out. He was professional and personable and made me leave with a good feeling towards the hotel.
Disliked: We arrived at the airport and I made repeated attempts to reach the hotel to get the shuttle bus. They gave me a different phone number to call which I found out later was incorrect, and the original phone number is painted on the airport shuttle van. We eventually took a taxi from the airport for $15, which I also regretted because it is only a 15 minute walk.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR RESPONSE FROM...

Liked: NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR RESPONSE FROM HOTEL! booked this hotel at 1am because of an airline delay. No one picked up the phone when I called multiple times to get picked up by a shuttle. I emailed them and still no response. I contacted Booking.com because I was unable to reach the hotel for pickup or to confirm my stay. They placed a refund request with the hotel and the hotel still didn't respond. And now I see a charge on my credit card for more than I was stated the room was thru Booking.com!
Disliked: The hotel was non-responsive to multiple requests from myself and booking.com! No accountability! Poor communication!!

Nice modern facility

Liked: The upgraded rooms were exceptional. The showers were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. They have black out curtains that make it hard to know what time of day it is!
Disliked: My kids were a bit disappointed that the pool was under construction and unable to be used. It was a bit pricey for the one night.

Hotel is being renovated but...

Liked: The hotel rooms were nicely renovated and the bathroom was huge and clean.
Disliked: The floor of the hotel room had not been cleaned— we found money, food and beads around the beds. The hotel is under major renovation and the construction left many hazards on the property (tile spacers in front of the elevator without warning and dust on tile flooring). Unfortunately the hotel did not have warnings for slippery surfaces and or falling hazards.
