Incredible pool, great area, good...

Liked: Looked brand new (but it wasn't). Staff was really friendly and professional (like a luxury hotel). Pool and breakfast was amazing (pancake machine).

Great hotel, but unauthorized charges...

Liked: The Good: Clean, comfortable room in a great location (McDonalds across the street and a gas station next door). This was my second stay at this location, I had previously stayed one night in March 2025.
Disliked: The Bad: I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card statement. When I called to ask about the $8 charge, I spoke with an employee named Joe and he was very professional and helpful. Joe said that I had made a purchase from the marketplace. I said I did not, then was put on hold while the disputed charge was elevated to a manager.I waited on hold for more than 8 minutes. Not once in the conversation with the manager did she identify herself or apologize for the unauthorized charge (two bottles of water), but she did make sure to tell me three times that I should have looked at my bill more closely when checking out. When I pressed her to understand how the unauthorized charges were added to the bill, she became frustrated and hung up on me.I will be traveling to this area seven more times between now and the end of summer, but I do not feel comfortable staying at this hotel after the unprofessional behavior of the manager and the sloppy billing practices. She said the unauthorized charge will be removed, but did not accept that the hotel had made a mistake.A wonderful stay, but a very unpleasant interaction with this manager.

Liked: The property is maintained well, everything clean and updated! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of options, everything is fresh and being refilled continually. I highly recommend this location, close to everything!
