Visit was quick, location good....

Disliked: Shower wouldn't drain. After 1 person showered had to wait 30 min for the next person to shower. Had a couple dirty towels. Room didn't cool down.

Liked: In the U.S., I've been routinely disappointed w/hotels and motels for some years, decades, even. Market pricing often ends up being to the the detriment of the customer. My stay here just stunned me. The facilities were clean, the staff was engaged and helpful, everything in the room worked, and wasn't damaged, and the bed was great - I slept well. AND, although the price was a bit more than I liked, it was also half the cost of other, much lower rated establishments in the area. This is the motel that others should compare themselves to.
Disliked: Could you please expand your operations to other cities in the US? Your service level is needed everywhere, so far as I can tell.
