Disliked: The sink and bathtub drains were really slow draining and need fixing

Disliked: upon leaving asked if I wanted a paper or e-mail receipt/ Said e-mail - NEVER got it - just some crap about joining some program. I DO NOT want an app - to join or anything else. Just like to see the BILL which I still didnt get

Disliked: Beds are way too soft, no support. The pullout couch is suitable for young children but very uncomfortable for older teens or adults. The second night we stayed the fire alarm went off in the morning. Some alarms stopped while others kept ringing and others seemed to start. There were no directions or information provided and no one really knew what was going on. We believe it was a small kitchen fire. There were very few staff present and it seemed that this hotel would be totally unprepared if there was a serious fire.
