Exceptional
Liked: Unfortunately this wasn't a pleasure trip or a work trip. Family stuff so I'm really not the best judge of it. But the lady at the counter was really nice when we checked in

Pleasant, too short but sweet....
Liked: The location was awesome. Near all the restaurants. It was on a main road in the city. The room was spacious, clean and my husband was pleased which is hard. Will find an excuse to return.
Disliked: The air in the elevator may have been out but overall this hotel was very nice.

Exceptional
Liked: The cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years and I am an avid traveler. The staff was A+, the breakfast was good, the room was spotless, parking was easy, the shower head had remarkable water pressure.
Disliked: The beds was uncomfortable.

Very poor
Liked: My boys definitely enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I took a shower and the water backed up in the tub, once I got out and the water drained I noticed a hair buildup in the drain grate. The lady at the desk stated she would take care of it, she did, yet she left all of the used towels and hair buildup from myself and my boys showering and I had to ask them to bring more towels to the swimming pool area. 4 out 10

Inconvenienced for the price
Liked: I liked the location and the property itself. Breakfast was fine as well.
Disliked: First, we asked for 2 queen beds and didn’t get it. They had sold out, so my teenagers had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which was very uncomfortable. Then, we had to switch rooms because there was a leak in the ceiling. I’m sure the hotel would have been fine otherwise.
