Clean, Comfortable Place to Stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Room was modern and clean. Thermostat was on the wall rather than a setting on the AC Unit. Fridge and microwave were a nice addition. Bed was comfortable, pillows were marked with soft or firm.
Disliked: There could have been more light over the desk / luggage area. The window darkening shade was damaged and would only go up halfway (not really a big deal).

Disliked: Food was good but they were not replenishing items well before the conclusion of the breakfast time. We came at 9:30 and there were no staff around and they were out of coffee and a few other items. They were to close at 10:00.

Loved our stay!!

Liked: The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. The room are super clean and LOVE the upgraded bathrooms/showers. We will for sure stay here again! We also need a microwave and small frig when we travel and loved that the Holiday Inn Express has both of those items.
Disliked: There was nothing we could think of that we did not like. Everything was to our utmost satisfaction. We are super happy we chose the Holiday Inn Express and will stay here again on our next trip to KY.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Very clean in the breakfast area, n the food was delicious.
Disliked: The wall as damaged going into the area, I did not like that. Very tacky.
