Good amenities

Liked: Room was comfortable location was convenient to downtown and attractions
Disliked: Staff could not keep breakfast stocked sufficiently out of coffee on multiple occasions

No rooms at the hotel...

Liked: NOTHING!!!!!
Disliked: The hotel called at 8 pm the day check in and informed me they do not have rooms for me. He blamed it on Booking.com. I had to find 2 rooms at another hotel that cost us more money.

I loved the stay

Liked: Clean. Good gym. Food coffee and girl vacuuming made us a pot of coffee for the road
Disliked: The check in gentleman knew very little about the restaurants. Just their names. And do t know the area at all Service is important and he could improve in this area.

Liked: Location is close to downtown.
Disliked: We had initially asked to have our rooms close to one another. Initially did not happen with reason being Derby Weekend yet we made reservation months in advance. The worst part was we were initially put in a room that had not been cleaned and we did not check in until 5:30-6PM. Was then moved to a room on the same floor as our friends. Lighting in the room and bathroom was not bright enough and I overhead light did not work.

Disliked: Several mornings, the continental breakfast was hit or miss. They would be out of several hot breakfast items, including coffee. We had track someone down to make more coffee. They were not able to restock the hot items. They just said they were out and it was just 8 o’clock in the morning blamed it on being understaffed

Disliked: Not anything we were very confortable
