Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the room needed to be wiped down. Had webs in the corner. The breakfast could have a better selection. Been staying at the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Marriott for years and first time at the Holiday Express.

Liked: Plenty of food, and good service at breakfast and front desk. The shuttle service, which we used a lot was very good. The beds were divine.

Good value for weary travy
Liked: Good choices for breakfast -loved the beds, location was perfect-close to BWI airport
Disliked: Hard to find the address -we originally went to the wrong hotel

Great place to stay

Liked: Breakfast was great. The lady who maintains the breakfast area did a fantastic job keeping it well stocked. She was very personable and pleasant - always smiling to the guest. Hopefully, Holiday Inn Express should look at training her for front desk because her customer service skills were outstanding!
Disliked: Front Desk - the day before check out, I told the front desk clerk I would need a shuttle to the airport at 6:00AM. I was told to just come down before I left to check out and someone would call the shuttle. WELL THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! As instructed, I came down to the front desk at 5:50AM to have the shuttle called. The gentleman at the desk told me the next shuttle pick up was at 6:20AM. I related the information I was given the day before and he checked the clipboard to see if my room number was on it. IT WASN'T ! He was very apologetic, but to make sure we got to the airport on time I called an Uber. I hope the Manager addresses my concern to the front desk staff (especially the clerk who gave me the information). The gentleman I spoke to knows which clerk caused this inconvenience.

Liked: I was given someone else's luggage.. it looked similar to mine.. i was thru security and at my gate enjoying breakfast . A call from HI that there was a luggage mixup, driver handed me the luggage
It was solely placed on me to return outside for switch.. i had to again go thru security..
Was concerned that i would miss my flight ..
Such mental , emotional and physical stress
