Liked: Cleanliness and no pets allowed and no smoking.
Disliked: There was a pincher bug in the bath tub that we killed, but other than that, it was very clean.

Liked: Amenities were great. Everything was clean and nice
Disliked: We were on a really time crunch to leave the next morning. We were told that breakfast is at 6 am and planned accordingly. We originally planned on leaving at 5:30 am but thought by the time we to somewhere for breakfast and wait until it’s made we rather wait 30 minutes and have a quick bite at the hotel, and power through to our next destination.Turns out it wasn’t until 6:30 am. I asked if we can have at least an apple or banana as those were already out but was told “nope not until 6:30 am” I asked again, they are already out why not? He said again, “nope I can’t have that and that I have to come back. We said a few times that the lady the day before said that breakfast I at 6 am, and he couldn’t bother less. The guy on the front desk didn’t even bother to remove his ear buds and he was not very nice at all. Well it is what it is at this point, we had to go and buy something on the road. Not just even spend more money also lost some time.They stay in General was great, just at the very end it was not. I’ve been at many IHG hotels and this was the only unpleasant experience.

Liked: From the entrance to the room was good. The only thing that I didn't like was that the hallways from the floors were kind of warm. But the room was very spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok it was decent. We went down to eat breakfast at around 9am. The only thing hot to eat was eggs and potatoes. Normally when we stay at a Holiday Inn we see either sausage or bacon. My daughter asked for yogurt they had none in fridge. Oatmeal was in a packet and only one fruit was available. Orange juice tasted water downed with no flavor. When I went back to get more potatoes they had run out. Another guest had asked the lady that was bringing stuff out and she said that they would not be bringing any back out. It was only 9:20am and breakfast closed at 10:00am. Guest were still coming down for breakfast and all they had to eat for hot breakfast was eggs. I've stayed at numerous Holiday Inn from LA to Vegas and was very pleased with breakfast.

Liked: Stay was great. Staff very friendly. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.
