Liked: Nothing. Front desk staff wouldn't let us check in early, made us wait 1 and a half hours. We had to leave the hotel location. Then when we got back they still wanted us to wait 10 to 15 more minutes at the designated check-in time. The couch in the room was very uncomfortable. You couldn't sit for more than 5 minutes. The bed was hard. The pillows were too soft, after about 5 minutes they were flat. The handle on the toilet was loose, almost broken. The faucet on the tub leaked water and when you pulled the lever for the shower to come on the leak caused VERY low pressure. There were only 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, and 1 hand towel. The towels were very hard and scratchy. Nothing was pleasant about this stay.

Liked: Breakfast was fine - met my needs. Thanks for the fresh scrambled eggs and crisp bacon. Love the cinnamon rolls!
Disliked: After showering in the morning I realized my room had no hair dryer. I called the front desk who said they'd get one to me "right away". 45 minutes later I called another guest who brought me his to use. When I went to breakfast I went by the front desk, explained the problem and was assured one would be brought to my room. When I returned in the late afternoon, still no hair dryer. Went back to the front desk and asked for help solving the problem...this time the person I spoke to took it on herself to go and get one for me herself. I really appreciated her extra effort. But it shouldn't have taken three tries! Also, I found the bed to be rather soft.
