Great Stay Near Lake Travis...
Liked: This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the outskirts of Austin, especially around Lake Travis. The area is beautiful and lively, with plenty of great restaurants and live music venues nearby — perfect for a relaxed local experience. While the accommodation was comfortable and the location charming, the price felt a bit high considering it’s about a 25-minute drive from downtown Austin.Still, a solid option for travelers looking to enjoy a more tranquil, scenic side of the city.

Good price for what you...
Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast. They told us it was Continental but it was a nice surprise to see it was a hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, fruit, the works. There was a lot of seating and the food was replenished quickly. Everything was clean and fresh. The food was delicious, properly seasoned but there was other seasoning available for those who wanted to add more. Coffee, tea and juices were also available. Definitely recommend.
Disliked: The pool was not heated but at least the hot tub was warm. Not hot like usual but warmer than the swimming pool.

Recovery: after surgery
Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. My family and I arrived on Sunday and checked out on April 4, 2025. The hotel charged us for towels and claimed that some towels were missing, even though we returned the old towels in exchange for new ones. This feels like a false accusation and seems like an attempt to impose extra fees on us. I had surgery, and yes, they charged me $75 for the bed sheets; however, after a couple of days, I wasn’t experiencing any drainage, as I had a follow-up appointment three days later, and there was no leakage at that point.Additionally, my nephew accidentally spilled his mom's coffee on the bed, which has left a coffee stain. I am extremely frustrated right now because the hotel seems to think we took their towels, even though we are on camera. Whenever we requested clean towels, we returned the dirty ones—why would we keep your towels? I will never return to this hotel; my experience was terrible and it feels like they are just trying to make money. They should really ask the housekeeper about this, as that is part of their job. I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.

Exceptional
Liked: I was moving and awaiting my new place to close. The best feature for these tired aching bones after a move, the jetted spa and pool! Lol! I had the whole pool and spa all to myself! Ahhh relaxation! But seriously, the hotel's location was perfect! Hot breakfast was satisfying and the staff was on-point , friendly and professional. I will recommend friends and family to stay at this location. Thanks for the few days of peace during a chaotic time of moving!

Exceeded all expectations!
Liked: The fact this is the first and only hotel I’ve stayed at that have baby cribs was phenomenal! Staff is super friendly and polite. Everything was too notch and the pool under a roof was even cooler. Will definitely go back when I’m in the area again!
