Disliked: Disappointed in the facility! Booked in advance for a better price since the trip was for medical reasons and we have spent a lot of funds with traveling and were just exhausted. When we got there the facility was not very clean but worse was our room was dirty and tried to work with the staff to get it cleaned since after checking other rooms they were in the same unclean condition. I offered to clean it myself since there was no other room that was clean and asked for extra towels. After management reached out to their higher management team they came back with they could not offer extra towels for me to do the cleaning myself but will give me a refund and go somewhere else. Prices have doubled and not very many options available in the area and at this point it was getting late for us since we had surgery. I feel like the staff was trying to help us but their management team was not very helpful in this situation.
