I didn’t like how the...

Liked: The lady at the front was nice. I did not like how when I came into the hotel after 11 o’clock I had to use my room key to open the door the front door at the lobby that should be open.
Disliked: I checked out over 12 hours ago and still haven’t received my bill. I need to make sure I don’t have any extra charges. Why couldn’t I close out at the front desk?

Miserable

Disliked: The room had a very heavy musty smell, which made it very difficult to breathe. I talked to the person at the front desk early in the morning, but they did nothing about it. The night person offered me a different room at 11pm and said that the other room has the same problem. Apparently, they had issues with their AC filters.
