Disliked: Pool tiles needed cleaning! Only dirt I saw in the entire hotel!

Clean and comfortable

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen bed room but when we arrived they said ‘that doesn’t come across with Booking.com’ and tried to give us a single king bed room. That didn’t work as we were traveling with my daughter and her friend. They did find us a different room, but in case this happens to others, be aware. Also, the pool wasn’t open when we arrived, it did open for the weekend.

Liked: Excellent. All the staff from reception to kitchen were very nice, friendly and professional

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: The coffee machine did not work well. I could only make one cup of coffee and the reading light over the chaise did not work.

Liked: Althea was amazing. Pleasant professional and just the best when it comes to customer care and service.
Disliked: The fact that we had a blocked toilet and had to do the clearing ourselves. The hotel had no maintenance staff available, which was insane. How do the staff deal with it all. Something needs to be done about that.
