Disliked: No ice machine working on my floor nor was the vending machine either on the 3rd floor.

Overall impression was excellent! I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Arlington from Killeen.

Liked: The suite was very clean and extremely spacious. The staff at the front desk was extremely customer service oriented.
Disliked: Ice machine on my floor was broken - only ice machine on 4th floor was operable.

It was easy to check in and the staff was very courteous. It was a pleasant, low-key hotel to stay at. I will stay there again in the future.

Disliked: I don't have any complaints.

Liked: Location close to freeways and restaurants.
Disliked: Noisy freeways nearby. It’s a bit shabby, with worn carpet, mold around the tub, dinged-up walls, and dirty windows. Really needs refurbishing! The heat/air fan was on and blowing air 24-7 and I could not turn it off! Glad I had earplugs.

Liked: Close to stadiums. Super comfortable bed!
Disliked: Older property that wasn’t super clean. Paint bubbling on the wall of the room. One elevator smelled like vomit. Someone pulled the fire alarm and that was terrible.

Liked: Comfy pillows, bedding and bed. Good channels on the tv, all good breakfast except the scrambled eggs and watery orange juice.
Disliked: Baseboards need a thorough clean, very dirty and gross windows, also not completely painted, stains on the walls, very dingy dirty looking microwave and mini fridge had broken components inside.
