Utterly dissatisfied due to double...

Liked: Cleanliness and breakfast options
Disliked: The reception staff is not trained at all to manage payments. I had already paid the whole amount through American Express credit card; however, the reception team was not able to process it. I had to again swipe my HSBC credit card to make the payment. So I have ended up paying twice and I am utterly dissatisfied with the whole experience. Customers need to be made aware of this problem with Booking.com/Holiday inn bookings to avoid double payments.

Very comfortable and easy.

Liked: They remodeled since my pervious stay> Now it's very appealing and they added a meeting room which is also used at breakfast.. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The floor of the wheelchair accesible bathroom gets very wet when you use the shower. The floor turns slippery and the rug provided is not enough to contain the water from the shower. I do not know if the design can be improved or if its necessary to provide two or three rugs.
