Disappointing stay at Holiday Inn...

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: I didn't like that I was charged twice and didn't receive a refund till days later, the toilet didn't work properly in the bathroom, and the tub wasn't clean. In addition, I booked two beds with a sofa bed to accommodate my children, but when we entered the room instead of the sofa bed, there was a table and two chairs. My husband spoke with front desk and was told we could move the following day, but the room had one small tv. So then we were told if we decided to stay in the room, we would get a discounted rate for the 2nd day per the manager, and that never happened. So our experience here wasn't the best and quite disappointing.

Disliked: No sheets on pull out coach (we indicated we had our kids coming), sheets on beds were old and scratchy, bathroom was not clean (hair in shower, smelled like smoke, vent was caked with dust), tv by couch didn’t work, ice vending machine on floor didn’t work, the lobby and where we ate breakfast was very hot (we were sweating while eating breakfast)

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. Not even to save money. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a front desk clerk. He went out of his way to make sarcastic and rude comments both while we were checking in and when I came down to ask for sheets for the sofa bed (which he, while playing on his phone, refused to go and get for us so our family had to share the linens from the king bed). The room was not clean, but the rudeness of the clerk and the refusal to give us linens was the worst part. We wanted to leave but had paid for the room so we stayed. We will not be staying at a Holiday Inn Express ever again. We’ll pay a few extra bucks for cleanliness and basic hospitality.

Liked: friendly and attentive staff great continental breakfast
Disliked: We were informed where the the pool was located at check in and then after using the pool was told that the pool wasn't open...even though the gate was unlocked and there was no sign that it was closed. Disappointed as I picked this hotel due to it having a pool for my three kids. pool was clean.

Enjoyed stay.
