Clean facilities, awesome breakfast, wonderful...

Liked: Breakfast was great. The cinnamon rolls were awesome. The staff was friendly. The facilities were very clean. The location of the hotel was awesome.
Disliked: The milk for coffee, the pancake batter and the cinnamon rolls were not getting replenished. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel .. so we had 2 days in the middle. We left the do not disturb sign one day, and asked the staff to clean our room when we came back to our room around 4 pm, and we were informed that the cleaning staff leaves the premises at 3 pm. The next day, we didnt have the sign on the room. The cleaning lady knocked and our son said that we will be leaving the room in 5 minutes and to come back to clean our room after our departure. When we came back from our outing, the room was still unclean! When we contacted the front desk, we got the same answer as the one we got the day before - that the cleaning crew left the premises by 3 pm! So, our room was not cleaned on both the days!
