Liked: The staff was great!!
Disliked: The lady doing breakfast was by herself, and when situations like this happen everyone needs her at the same time and it be hard on worker. I saw this lady at 6am for breakfast and I went to my family function and returned around 10:30pm this lady was still working taking trash out.

Liked: Overall great stay but hidden fee for parking. Never stayed in hotel and had parking fee notice at check in desk.
Disliked: Parking fee not included in fees when making reservations. Will definitely check before staying again.

Bad

Disliked: The walls where thin we could hear people walking talking, running along the hallway, next door and above us! The floor had a gap that felt very unsafe that anyone can slip something under there. The sauna was never available. There were bugs in the room. The rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets not changed. Breakfast items were either finished up early and never replenished or juice/pancake machine broken. The only reason I booked this place was the reputation of the brand but this experience was very disappointing.

Immaculate Accommodations

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel!! They thought of everything. They even had Dove products in the bathroom and make up wipes. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom could've had a little more water pressure. But that wasn't a big problem.

Nice weekend getaway

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, the staff was nice and accommodating. The location was good, close to National Harbor.
Disliked: I didn't like how overpriced the items in the store was. The elevator didn't work on the first floor, which was accessible by the back parking lot of the hotel. The stairs area needed mopped as well.
