One & done at this...

Liked: Comfy bed, the staff was polite & professional.
Disliked: No hot water, front desk had to re-activate my room key twice in 2 days, excessive wear on the bathtub, security latch in my room was dangling by 1 screw - maintenance replaced it with one with a base that was cracked in half, and the neighborhood was sketchy. Sitting at the light at WalMart less than a mile away, 3 men approached my car begging for money.

Nice enough that we decided...

Liked: The staff was super kind, the room was far better than other rooms I've stayed in that cost double the price. Bedroom plus bathroom plus kitchen plus sitting room. all in a standard room. As far as the room goes, couldn't ask for better. We liked it so much we decided to extend our stay and the staff was super helpful with that. Speaking of which, the staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: Literally the only thing that was annoying was one of the elevator call buttons was broken (so you had a to walk three feet to the other one). The lobby wasn't super fancy or anything but lets be honest, if you're looking at a holiday inn, you don't care about a fancy lobby. The room is was what matters and that was perfection.

It’s a great location, great...

Liked: It was clean and the room and super nice! Great price too!
Disliked: The only thing I could say was the AC was off when we got to our room so it was warm and took about an hour to cool down.

Not the best but not...

Liked: Quiet, Away for the city.
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean. I personally changed the sheets and removed trash from the room.

Liked: The breakfast was great and the hotel rooms were clean and spacious.
