Was a stressful and upsetting...
Disliked: Staff wasn't at the counter when trying to check in and probably had to wait 30mins for someone to come. The stay was alright, but then after leaving the hotel someone got into my room and booked a week stay and pulled over a $1000 from my account on the day of going to Boots in the Park and finding out I had no money when trying to make a purchase at the festival. So just that right there i informed the hotel that I needed my money for my trip and they just told me that I had to way 3 days first and then the next time I called they told me 5 days, than 5 days go by and nothing, then I called the hotel again and all they had to say was that they were sorry for ruining my weekend and that I had to wait for my money. It took 7 days just to receive my money back, and I tried to see what type of compensation they would give me for ruining something im not going to get back and for making me stuggle through my week because I had to wait for the money they took without my approval. This made me have to borrow money for gas just to get to work, but even with that they diding care, I never got any compensation, and I felt like they owed me something. I wasn't able to get food or drinks at the all day festival I was at, and that's not right that out of this whole situation I was the only one that suffered the consequences when the staff was so careless that they allowed someone to use my information and go into my room. I believe a weeks stay is something that should get approved only in person.

Not going back there. And...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The room they gave me was not the room I paid for; they didn’t accomodate us, we were cramped, and they didn’t make the room when we requested the room cleaned, they ran out of milk at breakfast.

No Breakfast!
Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Lady who was preparing the food was kind of rude on Saturday she was complaining about how busy it was and that she was preparing mentally for Sunday morning, I guess she did because she didn't show up. There was no breakfast at all on Sunday.

A disappointment and will likely...
Liked: They do a good job with their breakfast and the property is very conveniently located.
Disliked: As some of the accompanying things were addressed with the front desk:Room did not have a hair dryer, no body wash in the shower, room safe was sitting on the floor and did not work, room looked liked it was designed as a suite (based on size) but minimally furnished as it only had a desk and desk chair with a bed and nightstands with a large open area with nothing. A parched up ceiling in shower which must have leaked from a floor above. Stayed at the property in October 2024 and would say that housekeeping has deteriorated.

Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast was good, our room was very clean. The staff were amazing and we loved the pool time with our kids. Overall this place is our go to hotel.

So frustrating! Will not stay...
Liked: Pros were the room was clean and comfortable, but there were so many other frustrations that we won't stay there again. The location was good for us, a short drive to see family on the west side.
Disliked: When we checked in, the young guy at the desk was uncommunicative. We got our key cards, and I took our luggage and 3 grandkids (they live in ABQ, we were visiting from CO) up to the room on the 3rd floor, while my husband parked the car. My key card wouldn't open the door, I tried many times while we waited for my husband, who arrived and his key card wouldn't work either. My husband went down to the desk and got 2 more key cards that we tried a dozen times and they didnt work either. The 5 of us with our luggage went back down to the desk. A girl was now working the desk who was extremely nice, and explained to us that the lock in room 311 is broken & you have to try your cards multiple times until it opens. The obvious question is why haven't they fixed the lock, and why do they continue to rent out the room with a known broken lock, but she was just an employee, not management, and was trying to help us. We had already tried our cards at least a dozen times, so requested another room, preferably on the same floor. She could put us in a room with 2 queens, but didn't have another 2 queens & sofa bed room. We have 2 granddaughters and a grandson, we needed 3 beds. At this point our grandson, who doesn't handle stressful situations well, decided he didn't want to spend the night, so we took the room offered. We got our things put away, and left the hotel to go eat at a fast food place, then came right back to go swimming. Our key cards WOULD NOT OPEN the 2nd room door. I went back down to the desk this time, she reprogrammed our cards and this time the key cards worked. We got our suits on and my husband took the kids to the pool first. I joined them about 10 minutes later, and the card wouldn't work in the 1st door into the pool. The kids let me in & my husband told me the 2nd door to the pool works. Each time a new person tried the door, one of us would open it and tell them the 2nd door works.
