Liked: Great selection of foods. Coffee was good. Very clean and food was freshly made.

Liked: Friendly staff, mostly clean rooms, good breakfast selections.
Disliked: Room was hot when we arrived so it had a weird smell. Once it cooled off, it was fine. The tub was dirty and there was no slip resistant mat like at the previous hotel we stayed at. Overall, it was a good experience.

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Our two biggest things.
Disliked: Needs a little bit of renovation, our shower looked pretty aged but worked well so no complaint.

Exceptional

Liked: Nice, comfortable, and clean room. This 2 stars hotel offers excellent service, and everything you need for a great stay. I think this place can be called a 3 star hotel.

Liked: While the two-queen-bed plus sofa bed suite was $200 per night ($100 more than similar room at cheaper hotel), it included high quality breakfast for three. That's worth $75 right there... plus a hot tub and free sled lending for white sands? Awesome.
Disliked: Only one four-man elevator for entire hotel. We used the stairs alot.

Excellent option for White Sands...

Liked: Excellent location for visiting White Sands NP. Staff was plentiful, friendly and efficient. Room was large and very comfortable. Excellent restaurant walking distance. Laundry room was great and useful. Bottled water provided was necessary and appreciated.
Disliked: Wished there was an option for outside sitting area.
