Liked: Modern and clean, the room is very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Good, nice location

Liked: The rooms itself were very pleasant. It wasn't what was described when I booked the room. Therefore, I had to spend extra money that wasn't in the plan on another room to accommodate some family members. when this could have been solved before getting there is the reason why I booked with the hotel. The breakfast, rooms and staff were excellent.
Disliked: The only complaint that I have that would need to be changed is the rewording on the app for booking.com, because like I stated before it cost me extra money that I was assure that was already taken care of before we arrived at the hotel.

Exceptional

Comfortable and modern, good value...

Liked: The room was spacious and modern, with plenty of light fixtures and electrical outlets, which was very convenient. The beds are wonderful and extremely comfortable. The bathroom looks new and modern, and the shower was excellent. I also liked the Dove toiletries (word of advise to management - lower the shampoo bottles holder by at least a foot, so guests won't squirt shampoo in their eyes).
Disliked: The reception was unmanned most of the time. The employees are often in the back room, where they can't see when guests are looking for assistance at the front desk. Breakfast was very standard, and we had to go looking for an employee to refill the pancake machine. By the time they got around to it we already left the breakfast area. The room and the hotel were generally clean, but when we moved the armchair to put it close to the desk we discovered behind it leftovers from the previous guests.

Nicer newer property that could...

Liked: Newer property with up to date features.
Disliked: Poor breakfast options, many packaged items made it feel like a gas station.
