Great Stay

Liked: Great visit, lovely hotel.

Bad. I should not be...

Liked: The room had cold water. Requested to check water. No one responded. After 30 minutes, they told me that they would try to get me another room. I was in the shower and had shampoo in my head and soap all over my body. How can I change the room when I have shampoo and Soap all over my body? I waited for almost 45 minutes but there was no response FROM THE MANAGER. I have to take a shower with ZERO DEGREE WATER. I WAS SHIVERING. I WAS VERY COLD, AND MY BODY WAS BLUE. I knew I would have hypothermia because I had to take a shower with ZERO DEGREE WATER. I DID NOT HAVE ANY choice because I had shampoo on my head and Soap over my body. MY BODY WAS FROZEN, AND I HAD TO TURN THE HEAT TO 100 DEGREES TO GET WARM. IT TOOK ME 2 HR BEFORE I STOPPED SHIVERING. I got sick and could not go to work for four days. I requested my money back for one day, but the manager smiled and told me good luck, and walked away.

Liked: Great , lovely stay. Hotel is clean and new. Staff is friendly and loved the breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Pool was clean and quiet at the time.
Disliked: That I had to pay taxes on top of my cost through booking.com. was a surprise when I got there that my room cost more then my email booking I got. The person working was no help. He had to call someone to help us book in. Front desk was very unorganized
