Liked: staff amazing from beginning to end, lovely lady on check in, saw her through out our stay. A credit to your company. Room clean and functional. Breakfast ok, bit chaotic but that was due to a lot of guests. Service to be seated very quick and efficient.
Disliked: bacon to over cooked !!!!

Liked: Laura on front desk was really helpful. We hadn't booked a room with specific disabled access but she ensured we had one that enabled our mobility scooter to go in and out easily. She was so helpful with everything we needed. Her sister and other staff members were also really helpful and polite too. It was a great experience and we always try to stay here when coming up to support Stoke City as we do not live local.
Disliked: Nothing, all good.

Liked: Omg the staff they were brilliant we had stop at a restaurant but when we got in the kitchen was closed so the girl rang ahead to holidays inn express ad order out food this was 9.15 at night they had it ready when we got there we were there for a funeral, the were so good to us made us so welcome
