Value for money and only...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable and staff very pleasant
Disliked: As it was in an industrial estate, you would expect view to be not good. Breakfast was a bit chaotic

Comfortable and good location

Liked: All areas were clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Comfy room.
Disliked: No biscuits for tea. Very busy for breakfast, more staff needed to clear tables.

Great location, good value for...

Liked: Stay at expected, family roon which suited us for somewhere to sleep, great that the dog stayed with us albeit at extra cost. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Air con unit running noisy, everything else was okay,

Good complementary breakfast but the...

Disliked: Booked a room for the family, including a toddler. The bed provided had exposed metal edges. The room was too small, designed for one bed but forced to accommodate two for the family.

Fair hotel

Liked: Staff, super friendly. As soon as something was mentioned or asked for they were in it.
Disliked: When other rooms used water, it made a loud noise, room smelt damp, but Toby did come a spray air freshener as soon as we mentioned it, unfortunately this didnt last that long.Breakfast room was way to small, was climbing over people trying to get your breakfast.
