Good hotel, easy to find...

Liked: Great hotel, easy to find and sighted right next to the station. NCP car park nearby and the building I was working in was right opposite.

Liked: Really close to the station and within easy walking distance of the Plaza theatre. Staff were very pleasant and the room was clean and a good size with a comfy bed.

Liked: Ellies warm welcome and lovely mannerism was a delight on check in, as a long female traveller it was lovely. Sorted me a lovely glass of vino...then for me, just the little things of seeing I had my hands full supporting opening door for me - I manage hotel and you have a superstar in ellie

Great hotel

Liked: Location was great for us as we were going to the Plaza. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good in the morning.
Disliked: The water temperature in the shower kept going hot and cold, maybe the plumbing couldn't cope if multiple showers were being used at once!
