Wonderful Stay and Location

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean!We had dinner and we loved our food. Especially the Lasagna and the Chicken Makhani curry. Our toddler enjoyed her Chicken Goujons too. Staff were helpful and friendly if we asked anything.
Disliked: Missed out not having hot chocolate in the room :(

Disliked: Room facilities specially bathroom was non functioning well, even after repeated follow-up with staff nothing was done. They claim it to be as it shall be but certainly not. The room was not cleaned properly, and the cleaning staff for some reason did not change towels as requested and even worse hanged the towels from floor to the rack to be reused. The front desk staff was attentive to our problems, but no one solved anything. We booked room for 4 and were give a small room where when you put in sofa bed there is no space to move. They should not keep these rooms for 2x adults and 2x kids up to 13 yrs. These rooms were good only for 2 or at the most 3 for one night. The hotel is at the end of the industrial area, and bit a lonely locality. Guess this is what we get what we pay for, the information on booking.com about distance from center is misleading. I never had this bad experience in any of the Holiday Inn before. Families shall avoid this one unless they do not find any other option
