Liked: Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and positive. The late check out was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended for solo travellers. Breakfast was lovely.

Liked: checked in by a very pleasant man and the room was as expected apart from no Air con working
Disliked: Given a fan at reception as air con was not working in rooms it was very uncomfortable and sleep was poor .I was not told this when I booked and from my last visit this has clearly been an issue that needed resolving. There was activity in and around the hotel which I would not like to mention here but make your own minds up as to what it was . sadly I left a personal item after I checked out in the room and realised three hours later when I got home. I called the hotel and was totally unimpressed and upset at the response I received and I still have no idea where this item is . Complaint made to ING head office . I have stayed here many times but now its deteriorated and I would not recommend . My call was treated with distain.
