Adequate wouldn’t stay again in...

Liked: Rooms were clean - beds comfortable
Disliked: Room 220 - the sink was very very slow draining away . Fire alarm went off atleast 5 times from 7.20 am After 3rd time it was apparent it was a false alarm but we were not expecting to get up before 8.45 . Break fast was like a bun fight - ran out of scrambled eggs , sausages - croissants and the dining room was heaving . No car park - nearest was Asda 3minute walk - Not good of an evening as had to go under an under pass .

Hotel fine and staff helpful....

Liked: Helpful staff. Central location
Disliked: No parking at the hotel and nearby parking as advertised was double the expected price

Disliked: Other guests smoking weed just outside the entrance door and the smell of weed in the lift after they had vacated it.Have stayed at a cheaper rate at another brands hotels.Breakfast plates too small

Terrible

Liked: Kettle wasn't working. Went down to reception and they couldn't do anything as sockets had failed. I've stayed before and had a bench to sit on outside as I suffer with significant vascular synopsis which means that I don't stand very well due to low blood pressure. As a result of this I'm prone to fainting.
Disliked: Sockets/electric points that work. A working kettle that isn't hard wired. Seating outside for disabled people.

Extract so loud you can't...

Liked: Clean. Good breakfast
Disliked: Kitchen ventilation system started up at 5am and was so loud it woke me up. It also started up the bathroom extract fan, despite all the electrics in the room being off.
