Liked: The night person was so nice & accommodating. He was very professional & kind considering the late hour of my check in. The room was very clean. I was very thankful for the room & kindness because of the storms & flash flooding in the area that forced me to get a room for the night. The morning view from my room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious & had many options.
Disliked: The taxidermy lion in the lobby was a little weird & disturbing for a few guests but I understand being a sports fan in a college town is huge.Upon entering the room, there was not 1 light on for me to find my way when the door closed. I had a dark path ahead to find a light switch. The room was absolutely freezing. Like the lowest air setting cold. The air was on & it took quite awhile to get it back to a decent temp.The microwave had no glass turntable tray in it. Just the ring for it. There wasn't any regular coffee pods for kerig in room. There was only 1 really really tiny trashcan in the entire room & it was in the bathroom. During breakfast, they ran out of forks. I waited for quite a few minutes for a restock but it never happened so I finally had to go in to search on my own in the lower cabinets.

Liked: Clean hotel and very nice staff. Breakfast was really good with a good selection! Best we have had at any hotel in years! Loved the Dove products in the room.
