Stay was ok, not work...

Liked: It was close to my event, clean, good breakfast and quiet at night.
Disliked: This is the second time I’m writing this because when I clicked the contact management after my stay and no one replied to me…I am writing to request a partial refund for my most recent stay on 04/26/25 - 04/27/25. I booked this on 03/29/25 and for a one night stay it was $392.00, however, the rate the day I arrived was just over $100. Why should I be penalized for booking early, while others receive a discounted rate? If anything, I should receive that rate. By the time I realized this I was unable to cancel without being charged full price. This is my first experience with your hotel and I’m highly dissatisfied. While the hotel was nice, it was not worth $392.00. I’m asking you make this situation right and I’m not asking for a full refund, just partial. I look forward to hearing back with notification of a refund. Thank you for taking time on the request.

Liked: Nice breakfast food was warm, many varieties to choose from. Loved the coffee machine. Our refrigerator was not working. I informed the front desk. Almost immediately a maintenance man came to the door. Nice young man, checked it out and replaced it within 5 minutes. Excellent service

Liked: I loved everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast offering was great with eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, a wide selection of pastries and bagels, and a pancake machine.
