Liked: Every single staff member throughout our entire stay greeted us. The level of professionalism and attentiveness was as good or better than I've experienced at higher end properties. The guy at the front desk saw when he checked us in that we had our own water bottles, and he told us where we could find a water dispenser with filtered water in the fitness center. It was nice to have filtered water instead of just tap or buying bottled.
Disliked: One morning during our stay the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm. I think something got burned while they were making breakfast. It wasn't the most pleasant way to wake up at 6am, but accidents happen, and the staff handled the situation with urgency.
