Holiday Inn Express St. Louis Central West End By IHG

Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

Disliked: I have reservation which breakfast included they ask me to pay the breakfast but there is no proper breakfast and a long line wait time was too long so we just left biz we can’t wait

Disliked: We arrived got ready for bed and the air conditioner did not work any both rooms had to get dressed to move to another room

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the natural light. I also liked that it was quiet and close to everything
Disliked: The parking, because it is not on the property but across the street, and every time you need to take it out you need to validate a ticket.

It was the worst stay...

Liked: Horrible!! There is no breakfast just a cafe with pastries, you get a $10 voucher which is gone as soon as you buy a coffee!!! Just terrible, I would have much rather the traditional hotel breakfast of bacon , sausage, eggs ,etc. I had to leave to get breakfast for my mother and I !!!
Disliked: BREAKFAST!! Also, paying for parking is totally ridiculous!! If I'm paying to sleep there, why on earth do I need to pay to park the vehicle I'm driving in. Not to mention the hotel was advertised as Holiday Inn when I booked it but the name on building was Indigo so I passed it several times. I had already driven hours just to get to the hospital there to see my niece who was recieving a kidney transplant, as if that's not enough stress already!

Liked: nice clean facility but parking is not very good. there is a garage across the street but we had trouble getting in and out . the breakfast was included but ran out of things by 9.00 am

Nice room, but breakfast needs...

Liked: Renovations to the rooms.
Disliked: Parking on site closed, but parking across street was a good backup. When I see breakfast included, I expect more than one pastry or breakfast sandwich as well as a drink - but they had no black tea.
